Mr. DenBoer’s primary areas of concentration are project/program management, enterprise profitability, cost management, operational improvement, organizational restructuring, change management, corporate turnarounds, operational due diligence, post-close integration, and value creation across the technology and services sector.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. DenBoer brings deep expertise in M&A transactions, cost-saving realization, performance improvement, operational restructuring, and transformation initiatives for private equity and Fortune 500 clients. He also has significant experience leading teams and using advanced data and analytics tools to diagnose and drive EBITDA and working capital improvements.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. DenBoer served as KPMG’s National Leader of Private Equity for U.S. Advisory business. In addition, he was a Senior Partner in KPMG’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Strategy practice, with a focus on selling and delivering a suite of private equity solutions around transactions and portfolio company improvements. He primarily focused on large-scale strategic cost optimization, operating model design, synergy analysis, and performance transformation advice for private equity clients and their portfolio companies globally.

Prior to that, Mr. DenBoer spent three years as a Director with AlixPartners, where he led the execution of rapid business assessment and business case structure and the implementation of identified improvement plans for both private equity and corporate clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. DenBoer worked at Celerant Consulting and Deloitte in various project delivery roles.

Mr. DenBoer earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is an accredited Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois.
