Daniel Caltabiano

Mr. Caltabiano’s primary areas of concentration include public and private infrastructure, energy and real estate M&A, projects and project finance, as well as recapitalisations (including debt refinances), and privatisations. He provides tax structuring assistance, tax due diligence, tax modelling and transaction documentation assistance.
Mr. Caltabiano has worked with listed businesses, alternative asset managers, governments and large private entities. He has a unique ability to balance tax advice with key legal, financial, debt, valuation and technical accounting considerations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Caltabiano spent 11 years with PwC in Sydney, serving most recently as a Director in the Infrastructure and Real Assets Tax team. He was also heavily involved in training and developing staff in relation to commercial and taxation outcomes arising from infrastructure projects.
Mr. Caltabiano earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting and business law majors) from the University of New South Wales. He is a full member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
