Dana Abdalhadi

With more than 12 years of experience in management and financial consulting, Ms. Abdalhadi has advised clients on building transformation strategies and establishing optimal Transformation and Project Management Office structures to lead transformation efforts. She has led client engagements to design target operating model structures from initiation through to implementation, and has successfully delivered on process and performance optimization projects to achieve cost reduction and revenue improvement results.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Abdalhadi spent three years with the Strategy and Business Transformation team at City National Bank and City National Rochdale in the U.S., where she most recently served as VP of Strategic Planning and Business Transformation. Previously, Ms. Abdalhadi spent over eight years working at EY in the EMEA/MENA and U.S. practices. During her time at EY, she partnered with clients on major transformation projects, designing global target operating models to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and achieve operational objectives (in savings, efficiency, and revenue) across the value chain. She also advised on technology enablement projects to lead successful implementations and automations through project and change management activities. Further, Ms. Abdalhadi has experience in business valuation and financial modeling, business plan development, and market research in the Middle East.
Ms. Abdalhadi earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the American University of Beirut and an MBA degree (concentration in strategy and operations) from Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University. She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Ms. Abdalhadi is fluent in Arabic and English.
