With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Phillips focuses on driving operational improvement and cost reduction, supply chain optimization, and business process transformation for global organizations. He has a wide range of functional experience across the supply chain, including sales and operations planning, manufacturing operations, sourcing and procurement, logistics and distribution, and warehousing.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Phillips worked for a leading retail and consumer products consulting firm. Previously, he was with the strategy and business architecture practice of a major technology service provider. Mr. Phillips began his career with the Supply Chain practice of Andersen Business Consulting.

Mr. Phillips earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
