Mr. Peluso primarily works with private corporate clients, private equity clients, and family offices, providing financial due diligence and M&A advisory services. He has extensive experience in the automotive, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and food industries. Over the course of his career, Mr. Peluso has been based in Toronto, Milan, and Detroit, covering Canadian, North American, and global transactions. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Peluso spent five years as a Partner with KPMG Transaction Services in Toronto, where he most recently served as the national and Greater Toronto Area Private Enterprise Deals Leader, Regions East Deals Leader, and national Automotive Leader. Previously, he was a Partner with PwC Canada in the Transaction Services group, where he served as the national and Greater Toronto Area Private Company Deals Leader and the national Automotive Leader. 

Mr. Peluso earned a graduate diploma in professional accounting from York University, Toronto, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
