With more than 20 years of legal consulting experience, Mr. Smith serves as a trusted advisor providing pragmatic advice to help organizations navigate complex technology and electronic discovery challenges in litigation and investigations. Mr. Smith also has a track record of driving technology innovation and operational efficiencies.

Mr. Smith has worked with global clients across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Smith spent five years with Integreon in Charlotte, where he most recently served as Managing Director. In this role, he led the go-to-market, client experience, and global strategy, while also managing accounts and the implementation of technology solutions. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at Consilio, previously Huron Legal. He also previously served as an In-House Counsel for a publicly traded company.

Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wofford College and a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.
