Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at Consilio, previously Huron Legal. He also previously served as an In-House Counsel for a publicly traded company.

Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wofford College and a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.
