Craig McClory

With more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, Mr. McClory brings significant expertise in the planning, execution and synergy capture for merger and carve-out transactions. In addition, he assists clients in analyzing overall organization and operational costs and develop and execute supply chain and manufacturing improvements.
His experience includes leading significant mergers and carve-outs from initial concept and plan development through Day-1 and stabilization. He is experienced in driving improvements in manufacturing shop-floor, distribution networks, demand and supply planning, warehouse optimization, component material lead time reductions, inventory optimization, e-business strategies, and the selection and implementation of supporting supply chain systems.
Recently, Mr. McClory co-managed manufacturing operations for a number of clients, leading operational initiatives, including shop floor rationalization, capacity improvement, scrap reduction and labor efficiencies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. McClory was a Senior Manager in the strategy and operations practice of Deloitte Consulting. Previously, he was a Principal Consultant in the consumer and industrial products practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before his consulting career, he was a practicing Civil and Structural Engineer.
Mr. McClory earned a bachelor's degree (honors) in engineering from Heriot-Watt University and completed the advanced course in design, manufacture and management from the University of Cambridge, U.K. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
