Craig Cavin

With over 18 years of experience in interim management and operational transformation, Mr. Cavin has worked closely with management teams to drive sustainable and significant improvements in performance. His primary areas of concentration are operating model, finance function and cost base transformation. Mr. Cavin has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, business services, logistics, construction, engineering, technology and automotive.
Recently, Mr. Cavin served as interim CFO/COO of a PE-owned business services, leading the rapid transformation of the company’s operating model focusing on end-to-end processes (prospect to order and order to cash), organizational redesign and finance function performance improvement. Mr. Cavin also served as interim CFO for a PE-owned medical products group with revenues more than $2 billion. He was responsible for leading the transformation of the finance function which included organisational structure redesign, integration of two businesses, KPI reporting development and process improvement.
Previously, Mr. Cavin served as interim Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for Calvin Klein Europe and, following an acquisition of Warnaco by PVH, he served as the CEO to lead the post-acquisition integration with Tommy Hilfiger and transitioned the head office function from London to Amsterdam. As CTO, Mr. Cavin developed and implemented an operating model transformation and cost reduction plan to deliver €15 million in savings. As CEO, he was responsible for the European retail and wholesale businesses reporting directly to the COO of Tommy Hilfiger Europe.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cavin worked with KPMG Management Consulting and AlixPartners. His projects involved designing and implementing transformation plans.
Mr. Cavin earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Strathclyde. He is a member of the Institute for Turnaround, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a British national.
