Connie Wong is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in Houston. She specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity firms and strategic buyers.

Ms. Wong has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, CPG, software, business services, energy, infrastructure and utilities.

Recently, Ms. Wong spent two-and-a-half years on international assignment in London. Her expertise includes analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, debt and debt-like items and key performance indicators. Additionally, Ms. Wong assists clients with reviewing and advising on sale and purchase agreements and has participated in interim financial management support projects. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Wong served with the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston, where she worked with public and private clients in the industrial products and utilities industries to assess KPIs, analyze financial risks and provide audit services.

Ms. Wong earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from The University of Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
