Colin Zwickey

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Zwickey has worked with clients in various industries, including commercial construction, consumer packaged goods, discrete manufacturing, energy, healthcare, high-tech, industrial distribution, K-12 education, retail, telecommunications and utilities.
Most recently, Mr. Zwickey led the planning and execution of sell-side SG&A activities for a global food and beverage manufacturer. His relevant activities included documentation of the current state; identification of entanglements across finance, human resources, information technology and legal functions; identification of required Transition Service Agreement services; and development of TSAs, development of separation plans and execution of separation.
Previously, Mr. Zwickey led the development of the sell-side IT carve-out plan and development of TSAs for a North American automotive service retailer. In addition to his sell-side carve-out experience, he has led buy-side initiatives at an industrial products distributor; a generator and retailer of electric power; an oil refiner and marketer; a plastics manufacturer; and other clients in various industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zwickey served as a Senior Manager with Hitachi Consulting’s IT solutions practice. He also worked as a Consultant with IBM, PwC Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Zwickey began his career in IT at the Lubbock Independent School District.
Mr. Zwickey earned a BBA and an MBA in finance and management information systems from Texas Tech University. He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt by the American Society for Quality; holds technical certifications from Microsoft; and is Prosci Change Management certified.
