Colin O'Toole

Mr. O’Toole’s primary areas of concentration are supporting clients to implement EBIT and cash improvement projects and delivering business change programmes. He has worked with clients in various industries, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), telecommunications, oil and gas, retail and healthcare.
Mr. O’Toole has led projects across Europe and assisted boards, regulators and stakeholders to shape and plan solutions to their business challenges and then implement those solutions. He has worked in a range of situations from performance improvement to distressed cases.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. O’Toole has been involved with Project Evergreen for a global FMCG business, leading value improvement projects across their European and Africa and Middle Eastern regions, delivering revenue improvement and cost reductions equivalent to 13 percent of the cost base.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. O’Toole spent 16 years with the Turnaround, Transformation and Liquidity team at KPMG, serving most recently as Director and U.K. head of healthcare restructuring.
Mr. O’Toole earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Oxford Brookes University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
