Clark Caperton is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) in Houston and provides leadership for the practice’s risk management and commercial strategy.

Mr. Caperton partners with executive management teams to lead enterprise-wide business transformation and operational performance improvement programs for clients in North America and Europe. Notably, Mr. Caperton partnered with client management to enable: rapid operations process optimization for a renewables construction company to enable significant growth while maintaining safety and quality standards; $500 million of annualized cash savings and streamlined operations to reposition a €6 billion global life sciences company; $250 million annualized cash savings, organizational redesign, and international process optimization for a global commercial real estate company; $60 million of annualized cash savings and realignment of the operating model for a $2.5 billion oil and gas company; and $10 million of annualized cash savings and international process and system integration for a $1 billion multi-national industrial services company.

Mr. Caperton’s work includes a range of performance improvement initiatives, including business process optimization, technology selection and implementation, service delivery model design, and transformation program management.

Mr. Caperton earned a bachelor’s degree and an MPA from Texas A&M University.
