Ms. Williams brings over seven years of transaction-related experience across various industries, including waste and environmental (50+ transactions), route-based services (50+ transactions including pest control, food distribution, and janitorial), consumer products, business services, manufacturing, and construction. As part of her role in these transactions, Ms. Williams led diligence for platform investments, add-on acquisitions, carve-outs, continuation vehicles, and divestitures, advising her clients through each stage of the transaction life cycle by leveraging her extensive deal experience and industry-specific knowledge. Her transaction experience also includes data integration, analysis, and visualization to identify clear insights for clients during a transaction lifecycle.

Before joining A&M, Ms. Williams was a manager of transaction advisory services with EY in Dallas, where she worked on financial due diligence projects for private equity firms and strategic buyers. Previously, she spent five years in the Assurance practice of EY, providing external audit services for public and private clients in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and financial services industries.

Ms. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
