Mr. Kennedy has also led solvent, noncontentious winddowns such as the Marble Ridge Capital funds. Within six months of appointment, the liquidation returned 90% of the $600 million portfolio to stakeholders.

He has also acted in more specific roles, having recently been engaged as a special committee member for a New York Stock Exchange-listed entity tasked with reviewing and resolving various settlement options for ongoing litigation.

Mr. Kennedy is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner in the Cayman Islands and a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA)-registered director. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ireland) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK. Further, Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA), the International Federation of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL International), and the Cayman Islands chapter of INSOL, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
