Christopher Clower

Mr. Clower has worked with a wide range of corporate and private equity/portfolio companies across various industries, including food and beverage, heavy manufacturing, hospitality, aviation and hardware distribution. He brings deep expertise in leveraging the supply chain and operations as a means to drive sustainable performance improvements enterprise wide.
Mr. Clower helps clients identify and realize significant benefits. His recent engagements include supply chain assessments that identified savings of more than 20 percent to annual procurement spend for a $1 billion retailer and more than $10 million in EBITDA improvements for a $350 million manufacturer of medical equipment. In addition, he directed sourcing activities to deliver annual savings of $10 million on spend of $66 million (15 percent) and optimized capital asset utilization to yield $2.2 million annual savings and more than $40 million in cost avoidance for a $20 billion global manufacturer and retailer of industrial products.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Clower managed resource allocations, capital expenditures and financial performance for a $280 million government program, which included sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory management, purchasing and forecasting for more than 12,000 SKUs. He also oversaw the logistics strategies for more than 50 profession categories, including schedulers, buyers, analysts and other supply chain employees.
Mr. Clower earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Washington. He holds a certificate in global supply chain management from the University of Washington and is certified in Prosci Change Management. Mr. Clower is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt.
