Christina Geslien is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in San Francisco. She specializes in operational effectiveness as the Strategy and Growth Lead for CPI’s Media and Entertainment practice. Her primary areas of concentration are leading programs to drive value across media and entertainment industry solutions and competency areas, including content enablement, finance transformation, operating model optimization and revenue maximization.

With more than 20 years of strategy, business development, project management, operations, marketing and communications experience, Ms. Geslien has led operational and strategic growth initiatives, as well as identified and implemented people, process and technology improvements. She has led and partnered with teams on opportunities totaling over $1 billion; achieved 10% to 20% year-over-year revenue growth for a U.S. technology, media and telecommunications industry audit practice, serving as Chief of Staff and Growth Lead; and led a regional growth team that captured tens of millions of dollars in annual new revenue and had an 81%-win rate.​

Ms. Geslien is focused on the media and entertainment industry with experience across industries and growth segments, including public, private, emerging growth companies and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Geslien spent more than 21 years with Accenture and Deloitte in San Francisco. At Accenture, she developed the marketing and communications strategy to improve brand positioning, strengthen key relationships and accelerate growth for one of the largest accounts and designed frameworks and processes to support long-term, sustainable growth. At Deloitte, she most recently served as West Region Audit Growth Leader, responsible for developing the growth strategy and managing a regional team that supported 200 partners to identify and close new business.

Ms. Geslien earned a BBA from San Jose State University. She is PMI PMP certified.
