Throughout her career, Ms. Bohl has focused on financial buy-side, vendor due diligence, and related transaction advisory services for private equity funds and strategic clients on domestic and cross border transactions. She has worked with clients across a range of industries including engineering, industrial products and services, and health care.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Bohl was a Director with Deloitte’s Transaction Services Group in Frankfurt. She began her career at KPMG in their Audit and Assurance practice and then spent 20 years in the Deal Advisory Transaction Services department in Frankfurt.

Ms. Bohl earned an MBA from the University of Siegen. A German national, she is fluent in German and English. Ms. Bohl is also a Certified Public Accountant.
