Mr. He specializes in buy-side, sell-side and refinancing financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. He has worked with clients in various industries, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences and technology. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. He spent seven years with Deloitte’s London Transaction Services Group, serving most recently as an Assistant Director.  His client work included supporting Hg in its acquisition of Financial Express and subsequent refinancings; Hg in its disposal of Intelliflo to Invesco; Synlab in its carve-out divestment of its Analytics and Services business to SGS; Gyrus Capital in its acquisition of Essential Pharma; PRA in its reverse due diligence on ICON; and Stanley Capital in its acquisition of Noden Pharma from PDL BioPharma.  

Mr. He earned a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). A British national, Mr. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
