Chase Brantley is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal North American Commercial Restructuring in New York. He specializes in financial restructuring and operational turnarounds.

Mr. Brantley’s primary focus areas include working capital and liquidity management, contingency planning, cash flow forecasting, business plan preparation and review and operational and strategic solutions for companies in distressed situations.

With over eight years of experience helping clients manage through special situations, Mr. Brantley has represented clients in various stages of the restructuring process, including Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. His experience spans both private and public companies across various industries, including cryptocurrencies and data centers, retail, oil and gas, manufacturing, paper and media. 

Mr. Brantley currently serves as the financial advisor to the Debtor Celsius Network during its Chapter 11 restructuring. His focus during the engagement has been leading the cash management and business plan development of Celsius’ cryptocurrency mining and digital asset services business. Mr. Brantley’s other notable engagements include Seadrill Limited, Valaris plc, Legacy Reserves, Toys “R” Us, Payless ShoeSource and Verso Corporation.

Mr. Brantley earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona.
