Mr. Shu has also supported private equity firms exploring the auto sector, especially new energy vehicles (NEVs), mobility service and tier suppliers. His focus areas include auto sales marketing, go-to market strategy for NEV, car sharing and car rental strategy for mobility service, used car and service strategy for after service. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shu was a leading partner at a global leading consulting firm in the APAC area, where he led a wide range of strategy- and operation-related projects dedicated to the automotive and industrial sector.

Mr. Shu earned a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and a master’s degree from Imperial College London.
