With more than 25 years of international consulting and corporate experience, Mr. Gussago has delivered long-lasting results in complex transformations and completed many deals.

Mr. Gussago has worked with listed corporates, investors, and privately owned companies across various industries, including transport and logistics; energy and utilities and related services; equipment; and asset rental, infrastructure, and professional services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gussago spent five years with the Strategy and Transaction team at EY-Parthenon in London, where he served as Equity Partner. He was responsible for value creation with corporate and private equity clients, driving growth in the business services and infrastructure sectors. 

Previously, Mr. Gussago served as Vice President Strategy and M&A EMEA at Brambles. He also held senior operational, strategy, and M&A roles at PA Consulting (Carlyle portfolio company), Bain & Company, and Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Gussago earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and management from the University of Brescia and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Italy, and Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. A British and Italian national, Mr. Gussago is fluent in English and Italian.
