Ms. Ngai specializes in large-scale strategic transformation programs for finance and tax processes. Her primary area of focus is on process optimization through data and technology, particularly Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions such as Oracle EPM and Anaplan. With over 14 years of experience in technology and transformation consulting, she has led numerous large-scale programs for her clients.

Ms. Ngai’s notable assignments include the rollout of a target operating model and the implementation of EPM solutions with process improvements for a global technology company, as well as work on various finance and tax processes for a multinational insurance corporation, a leading railway company, and a range of other clients.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ngai was a Partner at EY in Hong Kong SAR, where she played a pivotal role in bringing together finance and tax expertise to deliver integrated insights and solutions for her clients.

Ms. Ngai earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Durham University. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
