Caren Anhder is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in New York City. Ms. Anhder is respected as a business and technology authority across technology leadership and staff, senior business stakeholders, and vendors. 

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Anhder has provided subject matter expertise across design, development, testing, training, marketing, business development, and deployment Recently, she was the program Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Lead for a client’s $30 million program, their largest enterprise transformation effort to date, which impacted over a dozen business areas and hundreds of users. 

Ms. Anhder’s other recent PMO/TMO leadership roles include the operational due diligence for a client’s potential acquisition of a national publishing company, an end-to-end business process and technology transformation for a global social enterprise, a multi-phased technology service out-source transition for a major global insurance company, and a process and technology transformation for a leading property developer and management company.

Ms. Anhder also designed and implemented a media asset management (MAM) and integrated digital workflows across multiple functions for major broadcast networks. She has extensive experience in the media and entertainment sector.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Anhder spent eight years consulting, both independently and as part of Optimity Advisors, helping companies design and implement major integrated system transformations.  She also spent many years leading product management and development groups for software and hardware products, including introducing new industry-leading workflows in time-critical functions such as television newsroom and live event broadcasts.

Ms. Anhder earned a dual bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics/applied statistics from Utah State University.
