With over 11 years of experience, Ms. Peyre has advised on more than 160 transactions for corporate and private equity clients, including a significant number of cross-border transactions. She has extensive experience across both buy-side and sell-side engagements, providing financial due diligence and sale and purchase agreement advisory services. Her sector experience spans healthcare, business services, industrials, education, and software.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Peyre was a Senior Associate at a Big Four firm in Paris, advising large corporates and investment funds across a broad range of sectors and deal sizes.

Ms. Peyre earned a master’s degree in management from EDHEC Business School and a diploma in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is fluent in French and English.
