Ms. Gillespie has provided both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across an array of sub-verticals within the financial services sector, including registered investment advisors, asset management firms, broker dealers, banks, and specialty finance firms. Her primary areas of concentration include performing quality of earnings, networking capital, and indebtedness analyses through the evaluation of financial data and discussions with management.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gillespie served as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Assurance practice of KPMG in Stamford and Chicago.

Ms. Gillespie earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Illinois.
