Bryan Müller

With more than 12 years of experience in capital and infrastructure projects, Mr. Müller has spearheaded turnarounds for leading engineering and infrastructure firms, driving enhancements in operations, technical engineering, risk and contract management, and business development.
Mr. Müller has led operational transformation initiatives in the power distribution sector, focusing on efficiency, innovative contract models, insourcing, and capital project management. He has developed and implemented supply chain strategies, maintenance frameworks, and Lean construction methodologies for large-scale mining projects in international markets. He has also directed strategic planning and operational optimization projects in the steel industry, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Müller spent six years at Andrade Gutierrez, a leading multinational construction company, and four years at Porsche Consulting. During this time, he led operations and business excellence initiatives across various industries and geographies. He successfully implemented global transformation programs, delivering substantial cost reductions and supporting the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors in optimizing costs and enhancing cash-flow management.
Mr. Müller earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from FUMEC University, an MBA (focus on strategy) from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), an executive MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and has completed the PMD at IESE Business School.
