Bruce Meyer is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in San Francisco. His areas of expertise range from strategic advice to project design and execution spanning: mergers and acquisitions, business and finance department redesign, regulatory compliance, controversy and planning, risk architecture, transfer pricing, financial reporting, and international tax planning and structuring.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Meyer is highly skilled in leading diverse global teams delivering finance, IT, tax, HR, trade and customs, and legal services to Fortune 100 multinational companies. Mr. Meyer’s notable clients include Microsoft, Sony, Raytheon, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, and AECOM.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Meyer spent more than two decades as a Senior Partner and leader within the Big Four.
Mr. Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and investments from Babson College, an MBA from Fordham University, and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law. He holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license and is a lecturer at Tax Executives Institute and International Fiscal Association.
