Ms. Kleppe has demonstrated a strong passion and ability to craft powerful visualizations and stories using data analytics. She brings a deep understanding of what it means to create an exceptional employee experience and demonstrates extraordinary project management, executive-level communication and leadership skills.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kleppe spent over 12 years with KPMG, where she most recently served as the Chief of Staff to the National Managing Partner, Talent & Culture (Deputy CHRO). Before that, she supported the Talent & Culture organization as an HR Business Partner. Earlier, she was a Management Consultant, serving clients under-going global transformation efforts.

Ms. Kleppe earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Seton Hall University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified HR Professional.
