Mr. Rudelson focuses on advising companies on tax planning, compliance, provision and financial reporting matters. He has served clients in a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, banking, insurance, healthcare, construction, retail and technology, including significant experience working with private equity funds and their portfolio company investments.
Mr. Rudelson has experience advising multinational public, non-public, corporate and flow-through entities. He also has experience advising individuals with federal, state and international income tax matters including ASC 740, compliance services, financial reporting, tax planning, IRS and state audit support, and corporate tax department services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rudelson worked at Deloitte Tax LLP in Houston, Texas obtaining considerable experience with federal and international tax matters, including income tax compliance and reporting.
Throughout Mr. Rudelson’s career, he has also developed considerable experience in the tax treatment of fixed assets, including cost segregation studies. He also has experience with various tax accounting software programs, including OneSource Tax provision, GoSystems tax compliance and FAS 500 fixed asset software.
Mr. Rudelson earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting and finance, from Rhodes College in Memphis. He also earned a master’s degree in accounting from Rhodes College. Mr. Rudelson is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee.
