Bradley Koehler

With more than 18 years of forensic technology experience, Mr. Koehler regularly serves as an expert on eDiscovery-related issues and has advised across the full EDRM spectrum, from information governance, preservation, and identification to collection and processing through review and production. He has significant experience managing large discovery matters involving technology-assisted review, advanced analytics, and the use of data mining and investigation tools.
Mr. Koehler has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, consumer retail, talent and literary agencies, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, industrials and manufacturing, technology and telecommunications, government agencies, and numerous Am Law 100 law firms.
Mr. Koehler’s notable engagements include leading the eDiscovery team for the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, supporting more than 400 matters and the collection and processing of more than 750 million documents, which required the design and implementation of proprietary systems to facilitate the discovery process.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Koehler spent three years with Huron Consulting Group’s Legal Consulting practice in New York. He worked on projects involving electronic discovery, data analytics, legal operations, and enterprise information technology applications.
Mr. Koehler earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Lehigh University. He is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), and a Relativity Certified Expert. Mr. Koehler serves on the ACEDS Jacksonville Chapter Board of Directors.
