Brad Hullsiek is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Los Angeles, where he specializes in Talent, Organization and People services. With more than 15 years of consulting and corporate operations experience, Mr. Hullsiek’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the interplay between human capital and organizational performance. He draws on a range of analytical tools and techniques to optimize, develop and engage the client workforce as well as ensure alignment with the broader strategic vision.

Mr. Hullsiek partners with clients to activate human capital strategies, enhance overall business performance and drive cost savings. With a strong commitment to people, he leverages data driven insights in order to deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions across geographies and industries, including auto, financial services, life sciences, retail, telecommunications and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hullsiek spent more than eight years with Capgemini Invent, where he most recently served as Principal Director for Enterprise Transformation, Workforce and Organization. During this time, he led large-scale transformation initiatives – always with a lens on human capital – overseeing the development of strategic plans and implementation of related solutions.

Mr. Hullsiek earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and both a master’s degree and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska. He also earned an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
