Mr. Brooks specializes in providing all aspects of accounting and transaction advice. He has led and participated in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions for both private equity firms and strategic buyers. For the past 10 years, he has focused exclusively on healthcare transactions and brings expertise in home health, physician and dental practices, optometry, behavioral health, practice management, anesthesia, infusion, urgent care, laboratory services, cardiology, revenue cycle management, among various other healthcare sub-industries.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Brooks worked as a Senior Associate with PwC’s Transaction Services practice in New York.

Mr. Brooks earned degrees from the University of Virginia and Lipscomb University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
