Over the course of his career, Mr. Michalis has led over a dozen large-scale technology programs for large and complex organizations to deliver practical solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term goals. He has worked across a range of industries, including technical and professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy.

Mr. Michalis is known for bridging the gap between IT and business. He brings a strong operational focus to his work, with a track record of stabilizing and improving the quality of IT service delivery in complex environments. He works closely with senior leaders and partner organizations to bring clarity to complex problems and guide technology efforts that deliver lasting impact.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Michalis held leadership roles at BearingPoint and Shell Global Solutions, where he led major programs focused on improving performance, reducing costs, and supporting growth. Mr. Michalis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.
