With over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience, Mr. Singh has a consistent track record of delivering results through fact-based analysis, a structured approach to solving complex business challenges, and successful project implementations while leading consulting and client teams
At A&M, Mr. Singh has conducted enterprise-wide business transformation assessments and led complex program implementations to drive EBITDA improvement initiatives spanning operations, commercial, and back-office functions for large corporate and smaller private equity owned businesses, as well as public sector entities. His notable engagements include enterprise-wide cost reduction for a global helicopter transportation services provider and business aircraft engine repair and overhaul services provider and SG&A and plant overhead reduction for fresh produce processing and packaging company and frozen food manufacturing business. He has also led turnaround engagements for an international iron ore mining company, automotive systems manufacturing facility, and a leading luxury retailer.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Singh held an internal consulting role in corporate planning and operations improvement with Hewlett Packard’s Enterprise Services. He focused on strategic initiatives including development of data center investment plan, facilities footprint rationalization, global workforce optimization, due diligence on acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Mr. Singh started his career as an engineer and project manager at Continental Airlines (now United Airlines) where he led key initiatives associated with transitioning the fleet of 757 and DC10 aircraft from domestic to international markets as well as integrating new and used aircraft purchased from OEMs and sellers into Continental’s fleet. As aircraft cabin systems lead, he collaborated with internal stakeholders from operations, marketing, strategy and planning, as well as external third parties including Boeing, MRO shops, parts suppliers, and regulatory authorities to execute his projects.
Mr. Singh earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
