With more than 15 years of due diligence experience, Mr. Bestion has been involved with over 70 transactions, working for both corporate and private equity clients across various industries, including leisure, healthcare and manufacturing.

Mr. Bestion's notable engagements include the acquisitions of Club Med by Fosun, of RTE by Caisse des Depôts et Consignations, and of Sebia and Biogroup-LCD by CDPQ. He was also involved in the disposal of Bureau Van Dijk by Charterhouse, SGD by Oaktree, CST by Schneider Electric, and Mademoiselle Desserts, Meilleurstaux.com and Averys by Equistone.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bestion worked for seven years in the Transaction Services department of Eight Advisory. Prior to that, he spent six years with E&Y, four with the Transaction Services department.

Mr. Bestion earned a degree in civil engineering school from ESTP in Paris. A French national, he is fluent in French and English.
