Barry G. Radick is a Senior Adviser in Alvarez & Marsal's Valuation Services Practice in New York. His experience includes representation of clients in numerous bankruptcy and restructuring cases in many jurisdictions, and also includes deep experience in litigation matters related to those cases and in commercial matters generally.

Prior to A&M, Mr Radick was a former co-head of the bankruptcy and restructuring practice at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, a major international law firm based in New York City. In this role, he was instrumental in building that firm's bankruptcy and restructuring practice and to its recognition as one of the most successful practices of its kind.

For the past10 years, Mr. Radick has been a business consultant focused primarily in the restructuring field. Most recently, he was a Managing Director with American Appraisal and prior to that was with Huron Consulting Group's restructuring practice. He has served both as a consultant to reorganizing companies and for creditor and shareholder interests, and as a fiduciary for court-directed situations. He is highly regarded in the New York City legal community as a leading expert on restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Radick earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, Brooklyn, New York and his Bachelor of Arts in  American History from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Mr. Radick is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
