Mr. Agerter specialises in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including technology, business services and healthcare

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Agerter spent 10 years with Deloitte in both the U.S. and the U.K., where he most recently served as a Senior Manager. He supported KKR on acquisitions, including Ensono, Flow Control Group, Integrated Specialty Coverages, and The Citation Group. He also worked with private equity sponsors on buy- and sell-side transactions, including Advent International, Hg Capital, Cinven and TA Associates.

Mr. Agerter earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and Georgia, and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
