Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Roques was a Manager at BearingPoint, Inc., where she led BearingPoint’s Sales and Strategic Development team, providing portfolio management, budget analysis and strategic market development for its public sector business. She handled several client engagements for Department of Justice clients, providing business process improvement and financial audit support services. 

Previously, Ms. Roques was a Financial Analyst at Science Applications International Corporation, where she supported the decision-making authorities for the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program, the Commercial Satellite Communications Initiative, Brooks Air Force Base and other governmental organizations with timely and accurate cost and financial analyses. She executed project methodologies, did data research, conducted financial and cost analyses and business process reengineering studies, and developed financial management tools.

Ms. Roques earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (economics concentration) and an MBA in international business from Xavier University. She attended Bordeaux École de Management as part of her MBA program.
