With more than 15 years of experience in assurance and transactions in India, Mr. Doshi has been involved in 80+ data rooms, full access due diligences, carve-outs, SPA drafting and supporting negotiations for various transactions. He brings a specific focus on healthcare and life sciences, financial services and industrials sectors.

Mr. Doshi has provided transaction services to various marquee funds, such as Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Bain Capital, General Atlantic, CDPQ, CPPIB, ChrysCapital, Quadria Capital, India Resurgence Fund (Bain – Piramal JV), Standard Chartered PE and True North PE. His notable engagements include due diligence work on various projects, including on Sahyadri Hospitals for OTPP, ASG Eye for General Atlantic, PharmEasy for a consortium led by CDPQ, Cloud Nine Hospitals for TPG Newquest and Adani Capital for Bain Capital Credit.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Doshi spent more than three years with EY, where his focus area was financial due diligence.

Mr. Doshi earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting from Mumbai University. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
