Ms. Martin leads knowledge management programs and initiatives for the CPI U.S. practice and supports national operations with communications strategy and execution. She has served clients across professional services, oil and gas, waste services, pulp and paper, and beverage operations and distribution and has partnered with leaders across CPI to design, develop and deploy an internal tool that provides improved insights into the workforce’s skills and experiences. Ms. Martin has also worked closely with key functional leaders to drive execution of strategic growth and development plans, including helping to stand-up the division’s corporate M&A services practice.
Previously, Ms. Martin led change management for a global, financial ERP implementation at a premiere oil and gas equipment & services company. She developed the change management strategy, led a team to deploy an online and instructor-based training program and executed a global, cross-functional stakeholder and communications program.
Ms. Martin also performed a detailed analysis of transportation costs and existing pricing plans for a major fuel & lubes distributor. She analyzed existing distribution spend data to identify opportunities to standardize pricing and decrease transportation costs and worked closely with client leadership to develop a standardized freight and customer pricing plan that covered all distribution costs, captured additional customer revenue and provided better visibility into the profitability of existing customers.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Martin worked as a consultant for a boutique consulting firm supporting transformational projects with a focus in business process redesign and the development and deployment of communications and training programs.
Ms. Martin earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University.
