Anna Kahn
Ms. Kahn has over 25 years of experience helping organizations deliver complex, global transformations and transactions by putting “people at the center” of the work. Known for her ability to align people strategy with business outcomes, she brings deep insight coupled with practical expertise to the challenges and opportunities facing consumer businesses in today’s fast-evolving market. Ms. Kahn’s experience spans the range of a company’s people agenda, including organization design, talent development and planning, performance optimization, HR function transformation, people systems, and change management. Over the past decade, she has primarily focused on serving clients in the consumer products and retail sectors. Additionally, she has experience in the technology, media, and telecoms, retail banking, and professional services sectors.
Ms. Kahn’s notable engagements include: designing a new target operating model for a multi-brand global consumer packaged goods spin-off company, reducing cost by over 25%; working with the C-suite of a highly decentralized luxury business to build out a business case and transformation narrative for a program to deliver a headcount reduction over 10%, including the scale-up of shared services; leading work to refresh a consumer credit agency’s people strategy and HR operating model to align to the future of work priorities as well as new corporate strategy; delivering 50+ organization redesign projects within a range of functions, including marketing, commercial, HR, finance, and IT, and across the enterprise, including shared services; and developing and implementing a new future careers and skills strategy and supporting solutions to help manage the future workforce needs of a global business, focusing on the data and technology professionals as an initial pilot.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kahn spent 19 years as a Partner with EY’s People Advisory Services practice where she held multiple leadership roles, including leading the EMEIA People Consulting practice and the consumer and retail sector team. During her tenure, Ms. Kahn was also seconded as EY’s Chief Talent Development Officer, where she was responsible for redefining the firm’s talent strategy for 350,000+ people in the context of the reshaping, world of work.
Ms. Kahn earned an MBA from Columbia University. She is a published thought leader.
