Ann Volk

Ms. Volk brings more than 30 years of experience as a respected global business and technology executive. She has a proven track record leading in complex environments. Ms. Volk has partnered with C-suite executives to lead and successfully deliver enterprise transformation and organization, process, data and system optimization programs. She has advised clients across various industries, including higher education, global industrial and commercial REITs, high tech, healthcare, public utilities, global non-profit, telecommunications, data center managed services, and global shipping and logistics.
Ms. Volk’s notable assignments at A&M include successfully mobilizing and leading a 30+ member enterprise transformation program team for one of the largest global commercial real estate services providers. She rapidly assessed enterprise and organizational structures worldwide. Her team identified $450 million in recurring cost savings opportunities, designed a three-phased transformation roadmap and realized $145 million in annualized savings.
For the US’ largest higher education system, Ms. Volk evaluated system-wide IT operations and the strategic alignment of the education technology portfolio; designed and implemented a new IT operating model and technology and operating standards; optimized the grant management process; implemented an information security program; and supported data modernization, student success metrics and on-line learning initiatives. For a global non-profit, she led a $30 million enterprise core process redesign and systems transformation program, collaboratively developed an over-arching program strategy and roadmap and a multi-lingual change management strategy to effectively transform operations in 27 countries.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Volk was the Vice President of Global Business Applications at Prologis, where she co-developed and deployed a new global IT operating model, improving the quality and consistency of IT service delivery.
Ms. Volk earned a bachelor’s degree in international trade and relations from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a certified Organizational Change Management professional.
