With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Agarwal brings a unique blend of industry and consulting experience across India, the Middle East, and Europe. He has advised clients across the following sectors: metals and mining; chemicals; fertilizers; engineering, procurement, and construction; renewables; and lubricants. He focuses on strategy, turnaround programs, large-scale transformations, and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Agarwal served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Before that, he worked with Tata Strategic Management Group and Jindal Steel & Power.

Mr. Agarwal earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He is a CFA® Charterholder. Previously, he won The Economic Times Young Leader award.
