With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and industry, Ms. Solk is an experienced go-to-market (GTM), growth, team, revenue, brand, and marketing leader with a demonstrated history of winning, building, and growing businesses from startups to enterprises. She has successfully led, developed, and launched Fortune 100 brands, sales, sales enablement, first-to-market solutions, strategic and operational programs, GTM programs, and both marketing and sales teams. Ms. Solk has launched six billion-dollar brands in tech, consumer packaged goods, and streaming, and has developed multiple award-winning campaigns.
Ms. Solk’s notable assignments include Proctor & Gamble, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Nokia, Avaya, and Calvin Klein. She has also held leadership roles at Spotify, WPP, and Publicis Groupe, with her experience spanning both established and emerging markets.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Solk spent two years with Blippar, a tech company specializing in augmented reality and software as a service (SaaS), where she most recently served as Managing Director/President. In this role, she owned all profit and loss statement responsibility for sales, customer success, creative, development, FP&A, marketing, culture, staffing, and strategy to lead the business to Fortune 1000 clients globally.
Ms. Solk earned a bachelor’s degree in consumer studies and marketing from Syracuse University and an honorary master’s degree in marketing research (MSMR) from The University of Texas at Austin. She is the chair of the board for Girls Inc. of Greater Miami, helping to develop tools, programming, and leadership for the next generation of female leaders, as well as being a mentor for Until There Are Nine, a volunteer mentorship network supporting women’s economic empowerment.
