With more than 28 years of experience, Mr. Snead is a highly passionate telecommunications and tech professional who has worked in the U.S., Europe, Asia and MEA. He focuses on digital infrastructure and fiber and tech innovation.

Mr. Snead is the founder and CEO of NOVOS FiBER, a FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) and retail ISP and the founder and CEO of PRIME FiBER, a FTTH open access platform. Prior to starting NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER, he worked for decades with investors, CEOs, and management teams to acquire, launch, grow and transform telecom, digital infrastructure and media assets. 

Mr. Snead earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and quantitative methods from the University of Birmingham. He is an advisory board member of the 5G Open Innovation Lab (an enterprise application innovation ecosystem sponsored by Microsoft, Intel, Dell, AT&T and others), Arrcus (a SoftBank-backed disruptive network software platform), A5G and Hiya (a voice security SaaS company).
