With more than 25 years of mixed experience as a Consultant, Senior Executive, and Board Member, Mr. Di Lello has served companies across the U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Di Lello spent four years serving as a Board Member for Second Milling Company (now called Arabian Mills) while it was being privatized. He also worked as a Business Development Director for Ajlan & Bros Holding’s food sector and as an Executive Board Member for Al-Ali Group. 

In his previous, Europe-based career, Mr. Di Lello served as CEO and Chairman of the industrial arm of the Casillo Group, one of the biggest milling companies in Italy, with a total turnover of over €2 billion. Prior to that, he held various roles, including Senior Executive with Leonardo Helicopter, Partner with EY, and Senior Manager with Accenture Strategy, serving clients within the aerospace, automotive, food, white goods, and pharma industries.

Mr. Di Lello earned a master’s degree (cum laude) in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
