With more than 10 years of experience in management consulting, Mr. Kulkarni has been involved in market entry strategy, commercial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution, sales excellence and outsourcing advisory. From a technology and industry perspective, he has extensive experience in key areas like robotic process automation, ER&D and over-the-top services. Mr. Kulkarni has worked across a range of industries, including media, internet software, banking and automotive.  

Mr. Kulkarni’s notable assignments include leading market entry planning, growth strategy and a tech innovation program for global services firms. He has also been involved in commercial due diligence engagements for top private equity funds across India, the U.S. and Europe, resulting in an over $500 million average investment size across transactions. Additionally, Mr. Kulkarni has led strategy vision and sales excellence projects with multiple mid- to small-tier service providers and advisory to PE board members on fundraising/sell side strategy. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kulkarni served as Partner with Zinnov, where he led strategy and commercial due diligence programs and investment advisory business. Additionally, he has advised several Fortune 1000 businesses, leading private equity houses on various strategies, business planning and investment related matters. 

Mr. Kulkarni earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA (concentration in finance/strategy) from Symbiosis International University. Additionally, he has authored several thought leadership white papers and spoken at global forums.
