Amit Dewan
Mr. Dewan provides business advice to infrastructure funds and strategic investors in the energy and infrastructure sector across a wide range of debt products, including non-recourse financings, acquisition financings, institutional placements, and debt capital markets instruments.
Mr. Dewan has worked across various infrastructure sectors, including raising debt for airports (including the first regional airport seeking financing post COVID-19), electric vehicle charging, onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass, conventional power, roads, rail networks, and large infrastructure corporates over the years.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dewan worked at EY UK for three years, setting up and building the Infrastructure Debt Advisory practice. Previously, he spent 15 years at UniCredit Group, where he had various roles, including responsibility for infrastructure funds coverage globally, the infrastructure and power structuring product line, and the financing and advisory businesses in UK and Asia. He structured transactions with infrastructure funds and strategic investors across Western, Eastern, and Central Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with different capital solutions, and he focused on the infrastructure and energy sectors. He also worked in the project finance departments of the Bank of Scotland and ANZ Investment Bank in London and Asia.
Mr. Dewan earned an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.
