Amil Klisura

Mr. Klisura's primary areas of concentration include buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity funds and corporate investors. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including automotive, construction and engineering, healthcare, IT and business services. Mr. Klisura is also specialized in providing vendor assistance services, such as historical data gathering and review; the compilation of extensive historical and forecasted financial data packs, including margin analysis; and the preparation and review of integrated business plan models and carve-out financials.
At A&M, Mr. Klisura has been involved in advising Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in the acquisition of Aqseptance Group; advising ECM in the sale of Dermatolikum Hamburg GmbH to Bergman Clinics (Triton); advising Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in the acquisitions of freiheit.com and akquinet AG and the sale of Telio to Charterhouse Capital Partners; and advising FSN Capital in the acquisitions of MEGABAD and Rameder Group.
Mr. Klisura's further notable engagements include the sale of Infiana Group by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG to Pamplona Capital Management; the acquisitions of Liganova Group and Avantgarde by EMH Partners; the sale of MEN Holding GmbH and ROVEMA GmbH by HQ Equity; and the sale of BFC Fahrzeugtechnik Group by ii invest Holding GmbH to Triton;
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Klisura spent over two years with Deal Advisory Services at KPMG in Linz, Austria, where he served as a Senior Associate. He was engaged in buy- and sell-side due diligence projects and various projects in adjacent areas, including M&A transaction services, business valuation and business modelling for purposes of business plan development and purchase determination, advising larger corporate clients, such as, Benteler International AG, voestalpine AG, Porsche Holding GmbH and the VAMED Group.
Mr. Klisura earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration (focus on finance and accounting) from Goethe University, and a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Johannes Kepler University. A German national, he is fluent in German, English, Bosnian and Croatian.
