Mr. Bonnaire’s primary areas of concentration are transaction services, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, share and purchase agreement advice, carve-out accounts, post-deal support, completion accounts and dispute resolution. He applies his experience and pragmatic approach to help corporate and private equity clients make the most of their transactions.

Mr. Bonnaire has handled more than 150 transactions in Switzerland, Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and the Pacific. He has worked with clients in various industries, including energy and natural resources, consumer products and retail, healthcare and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bonnaire worked with Arthur Andersen and EY (Ernst & Young). He has broad international experience in France, Hong Kong, the US, Singapore and Switzerland. Mr. Bonnaire served most recently as Strategy and Transactions Leader in Western Switzerland, managing a team of due diligence, M&A, valuation, integration and separation, and real estate professionals.

Mr. Bonnaire earned a master’s degree in management and finance from HEC Paris and participated in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. A frequent speaker at events and conferences, he is fluent in French and English.
